integraONE is growing and we’re seeking a personable, flexible, experienced Help Desk Technician for our Cranberry Township office outside of Pittsburgh, PA.

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day support tickets generated by our clients. The successful candidate is a highly motivated team player who has excellent interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to delivering world-class levels of customer service and has a strong technical grasp of the following areas:

  • Troubleshooting desktops, servers, networks, printers, phones
  • Virus management; prevention, detection and removal
  • Microsoft Office operating systems and applications

Position Duties/Description

  • Day-to-day support activities including ticket creation and resolution
  • Troubleshooting issues from inception to resolution, escalating tickets as needed, all while maintaining best practices throughout
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of integraONE technologies, hosted applications, and services
  • Must be able to manage multiple tickets at one time
  • Assist in developing documentation, knowledgebase and best practice guides
  • Communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users
  • Go onsite as needed for advanced troubleshooting and break/fix, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Provide assistance to the project team by completing assigned tasks and supporting onsite resources and participating in the onsite portion of a project as needed
    ***Provide On-Call after hours support on a rotating schedule with other resources***

MUST HAVES

  • Demonstrated Problem-Solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions to both technical and non-technical clients
  • Previous Help Desk experience is required – this is not a novice position.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and multiple vendor solutions
  • Certification A+ is highly preferred
  • Excellent time management skills are absolutely crucial to success in this role
